No communication or transactions are allowed through any app other than WhatsApp, and such transactions will not be accepted. **If the agent changes the password, you must log into your account and change the password again. Make sure the agent never knows your password. Do not give your password to anyone – whoever they may be. If any user sends money to an agent before 9:45 AM or after 9:45 PM, WINPBU will not be responsible for that money. Before taking points from an agent every time, make sure to know the transaction details from the agent because agents may transact differently at different times. If you have any complaints against an agent, click the complaint button at the end of the agent's name and report to the WhatsApp number that appears.
